El texto como máquina: matices de una alegoría

Abstract

The metaphor that links texts and machines has become a complex and differentiated allegory in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. As an introduction to the dossier on literature and technology, the following article traces the various traditions, elements, and functions of this allegory in modern poetics, and more specifically in Spanish and Hispano-american literature.
